The Map-Pak Combi unit provides more flexibility in that it will measure O2, CO2 & N2 (as a balance). Oxygen levels are measured by an electrochemical sensor and the Carbon Dioxide levels are measured by a nondispersive infrared sensor (NDIR). These sophisticated measurement systems allow fast and accurate readings with the inclusion of Nitrogen as a balance gas reading.
Sample measurements and results are achieved within seconds and there is a storage capacity of up to 5,000 measurements. The unit can operate for seven hours on one charge and utilizes a Power Saver function that shuts down after two minutes of non-use. Alternatively it can be operated whilst running off the Mains AC power. The user can select from and edit five Operator titles and 25 Product titles. These rugged analyzers are manufactured in a water resistant and wipe clean material, as hygiene is of paramount importance.
