AGC Instruments was originally established in July 1965 to manufacture Detectors (TCD) and entry level Gas Chromatographs for the European Market. Through natural development, the company extended these products into complete Gas Chromatograph and Gas Analyser Solutions to meet the need of an expanding market sector.
Following a management buyout in 2006, the company embarked upon an expansion process which culminated in the acquisition of a new Headquarters in 2010 in a purpose-built, state of the art facility. This brand new factory, overlooking Shannon International Airport, offers all year round accessibility for customers worldwide. With all Manufacturing and R & D all under one roof, it has enabled the company to focus on new product lines and new applications. One year previously in 2009, the AGC Instruments China Sales & Support Office was established and has now resulted in increasing market share and a long term commitment to customers.
With a product portfolio ranging from Gas Chromatographs to Modified Atmosphere Packaging food gas analysers, AGC manufactures Gas Analysis Solutions to all users requiring a Quality Control or identification of their gas stream.
