All Agents and Sales Representatives are carefully selected to ensure that they have the necessary skills to provide a good back up to the customer when our Instruments arrive on site. From unpacking to Installation to Commission through to ongoing Maintenance service.
The After Sales Engineers are all Factory Trained and on a regular basis. Our Representatives are native speakers for their Country but also have an excellent command of the English language.
We have recently added an “International After Sales Manager” who is based centrally in Europe. This manager is highly qualified on a technical basis, and factory trained to provide back up to all our Sales Representatives and Customers as required. With over 10 years of specific AGC Instruments product line experience, he is suitably qualified to provide support to our expanding Customer base.
